Hi Tim,
I'm familiar with the company and it's claims. Every year or so the owner dukes it out with the established tape restoration/archival community. There have been a couple of fellows here that have offered to send SSS tapes to him to see if his process does in fact work as claimed but for some reason, never heard back. I've never heard from a credible source (One that I know is sending a true SSS tape ) or any source for that matter, if his process works. In estimate, I'd say it's been about 2 1/2 years or so when I first became aware of this.

I think we got we splash email from the guy about his proprietary process a couple years ago, but then never heard anything else.
