Nargra error -- do you know?
« on: November 09, 2009, 09:41:35 AM »
Friends
I have a nagra TA-TC  that has worked ...all these years.
yesterday it quit.

I see the following error codes

error 06 , error 07   , pilot 60
and maybe phase lock warnings

If anyone has a clue -- i would love to know.

here is this - it may be a switch or something - cause it broke while being used by another person ( what did they do? )

thanks

Error 06: Unavailable function. In some operational modes, certain functions are inhibited. For example SYNC when the machine is set in pilot operation.

Error 07: Permanent memory lost. The contents of the memory has been lost. This may occur when the backup battery is flat, after an eprom change or after NUM 317 has been performed (reset to default values).

Sounds like the backup battery may have failed, or the eprom, or both.
