Where do you guys go to buy and sell Reel to Reel equipment.?
Are Craigslist and Ebay the most common.?

Yes, I think those are the most popular sources. There's also the "for sale/trade" section of Tape Op's message board and some other spots such as Gear Slutz classified for more pro audio oriented gear.
BTW, you should place your real name in the signature via the user control panel. Using our real names is one of the rules of this forum.
