Troubleshooting Nagra Ares ML

Help! Anyone know how to turn OFF the Lowcut filter on a Nagra Ares ML ??  The manual says you can easily do it, but doesn't say how....

I think you might have better luck asking this on a forum that deals with digital recorders as we are discussing analog tape recording here. Maybe gearslutz? Or you might call Dan Dugan.

If you're looking in the menu, look for a physical switch. If you can't find a physical switch, it's probably in the menu or hidden so that you can't accidentally engage/disengage it.
Usually, if it's a digital filter it's in the menu which controls all the DSP functions. If it's an analog filter, there's probably a physical switch.
