I will be demonstrating some headphone amps with Tape Project tapes at the Seattle regional HeadFi meet this Saturday, July 17 10-3 at the Woodinville Public Library. We will have my Nagra T Audio with custom Bottlehead Tube Repro playing Series 1 and 2 albums, and at least three different headphone rigs including AKG K1000s driven by our Paramount 300B amps, Sennheiser HD800s driven by our new Crack headphone amp with Speedball upgrade, and our S.E.X. amp with MagneQuest transformer upgrade running Sennheiser HD600s. Sounds like there will be 20+ other folks bringing various headphone rigs, and the afters will occur at the nearby Red Hook Brewery. It is a free event and everyone is welcome.
