They arrived today. Are nicely cut cardboard which measure .023". Compared to my Teac rubber ones measuring .026" as stated below for the Otari spacers.

That would be .026" for Otari spacers rather than .26". The Technics spacers average about .024". I would guess that these cardboard replacements are laser cut.
