Regarding the 361 manual, it's actually more of a book. You can find them fairly regularly on eBay. I've never seen a place to download any of the Dolby Labs manuals.
If you need to do any serious work on a 361, you'll also need the Dolby Labs NRM Test Set, Cat. No. 35 (includes NRM Tester Cat. No. 35A and Test Extender Cat. No. 35B).
Be aware that many 361's have been modified over the years. A good number of folks have used them to enhance vocal tracks and for other fx. So, alway start by checking that all the connections on and to the Cat. 22 card are in their stock configurations.
