This is a fantastic series of recording sessions from various studios/bands/producers/mix engineers presented by Benchmark (the ADC/DAC digital folks).
The only person who is common to these recordings is Gavin Lurssen the great mastering engineer who (I'm guessing) was hired to master the sound for this project.
Although many of the studios seem to be able to run tape, this is Benchmark and I suppose we just have to be happy that they've kept the obligatory product shots to a minimum (anyway, the sound at our end is probably an MP3).
