Blue tape

Anyone have any idea about this blue base tape?

I have (or had) a reel of tape with white backing around here somewhere.
IIRC, it was Agfa. It had the tape formula printed on the backing.

This came on an Audiotape reel with paper Scotch leader on the tail and plastic Scotch leader at the start. Was 1/2 medium brown base with light brown oxide (Scotch 111?) and was recorded 1/2 track 7 1/2 ips with Civil War music and a reading of the Gettysburg Address. I saved the blue tape to a 7" reel.

I have a reel of tape with blue backing and I believe it's Zonal tape. It could also be Scotch?

I have some 3M tape with green backing from RAI Italy.
