Handmade master tapes. Very impressive. We just use tape recorders to make 'em.

Hi Volker. Your site looks good, but there is a lot left unsaid. I'm sure I'm not alone in wondering about the sources of your recordings, as well as the process you use to make the copies. I was already assuming that you are offering copies, not actually selling the masters. I am not familiar with the recordings you offer--can one find out more about the artists? Are they already available in other formats (other than your streaming samples) so one might hear them before buying them on tape?

Hi Paul,

thank you very much for your commends. I will update the webside with your input.

Production process
We have 10 Studer A80 - serviced by Andreas Kuhn analog audio switzerland
We copy from one Studer A80 to 4 at the same time. This give us two production lines.
There is nothing in between no mixer nothing - just cable.

Source of Master Tapes
We working with different publishers where we get the master tapes from. One example is mons records in germany
another is kolibri records in switzerland. We are getting the master tapes. We don't have a copy in between.
We have a license of 150 copies each. The copies are done based on orders not in advance.

Other formats
Some are available on vinyl. See the vinyl section. Most of them are available in itunes.
I can arrange to get a CD also.

Hope this answers some of the commends and questions.  I am happy to answer everything much
as possible.

greetings
Volker
