Back in the saddle
« on: January 23, 2008, 10:32:02 AM »
I'm getting back into it today. We have a huge list of things to prioritize and then accomplish. Because of the frenzy around here through December and the first half of January we need to catch up. First priority will be outstanding kit orders, which means an inventory, ordering of whatever parts we need to finish off the kitting, etc.

My own top priority is to get printing caught up for the next album, Robert Cray's False Accusations. I'll be wrapping up the cover art and getting prints to the Tape Shed for the guys to pack with the already completed albums ASAP.

I will also be concentrating on the tape machines and preamps that have been ordered, with an emphasis on getting the first run ordered before CES complete and shipped. Then we will start another run ASAP. I counted ten machines in the listening room in various stages of mods, so this looks like it will be a priority for me for a while. Also In the queue also are a couple of new product prototypes, a revamped shopping cart and web site, and preparations for VSAC.

We will be doing our best to get through a zillion e-mails and return phone calls the next couple of days. Please be patient with this, as we like to give folks thoughtful and coherent answers, which can take some time.

2008 is going to be a very busy and very interesting year!
