Converting Low to High Speed
« on: March 16, 2008, 02:11:38 PM »
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to convert a slow speed deck to a high speed deck? The deck in question would be a Revox B77 MKII 1 7/8 and 3 3/4 speeds, would like to go to 15 ips if possible?

I think on that model you would actually have to change the capstan... check with a ReVox service center for availability...

Hey Jay, there's a new sticky at the top of the General forum that has a link to JM Technical Arts. You should email an inquiry to them.
