New feature - email notification of albums back in stock
« on: September 22, 2015, 04:35:42 PM »
We now have a nice feature that will send you a one time email alert when an out of stock album that you are interested in comes back into stock. When a title is out of stock a field will appear at the bottom of its web page, where you can type in your email address. Click the box next to it that says Join Waitlist. You will be notified when the album is back in stock and given a link you can use to order it. We don't save the email address or give it to anyone else, and your email address will be removed from the waitlist once your notification is sent.

We have replaced this system. Now on each album's page there's a button labeled "Contact To Purchase." When you select that, it opens up a contact form. You fill that out and hit "Send" and we get it as an email. This starts an email exchange in which we provide information such as shipping cost options, time for shipping, and any other details. We confirm your details. When everybody's questions are answered we'll send an email invoice. This includes a link to a secure payment site. Then we pack and ship your album(s).

You can use the same form for any other inquiry, or you can just email us at the email address which appears at the bottom of every page of our website.
