Title: request for assistance
Post by: docb on September 24, 2009, 01:22:58 PM
We are ready to start packaging Brilliant Corners, but I have not been able to obtain a clean original LP jacket from which to generate the cover art. I'm hoping that someone here might have clean, un-faded original issue cover that I could borrow for a day or two to photograph. If you have one please let me know. I don't need the disc, just the jacket. I'll pay the overnight both ways and I'll include a Tape Project take up reel in the return package for your trouble.

I think I do, Doc. I'll check when I get home. I have two copies, one I think is in rough shape, but I believe one is in really good shape.

The cover is clean front and back, except for a price sticker on the front top left from Princeton Record Exchange (Damn them). Otherwise, it's in really nice shape. A little Goo Gone might remove it without a trace. If you want, I can send it to you to judge for yourself....

Hi Joe,

Sounds like the sticker is over background space, so I can probably work around it without a problem.
