Cray on Tiny Desk Concerts
« on: November 20, 2012, 08:53:14 PM »
If you've never checked out NPR's series "Tiny Desk Concerts", you're in for a treat.
A few years ago, Bob Boylan who's been working for NPR for a long time, started inviting musicians and bands he's interested in, to his office at NPR to film and record live concerts.

Last month, Robert Cray was featured.
I think you'll agree that this venue and series produces something very special from most of the performers.
There are a great many of these to view and if Cray's video leaves you wanting more, I like to suggest the one from "The Milk Carton Kids". Just some good old fashioned singer songwriter stuff that totally locks you in.
