The hand rubbed end panels added considerably to the labor on this project. Since this is a creative expression for him, Jeff also likes to do every machine a little different. Bottom line is you will need to talk to Jeff about the various options of paint, lettering, end panels, etc. We were blue skying about all sorts of crazy stuff like Corian end panels, faux granite paint, etc. The sky is the limit. And the nice part is I can pick up the machine and bring it to my lab to do the mechanical and electronic mods before shipping it back to you, since we live about 40 minutes apart.
Reels are coming. The guys in the Tape Shed are getting more efficient at tape production, so hopefully they will have some time to make some takeup reels.
