Bottlehead is building 5 new Tube Repro amps for January, a few of which will be showing at CES. Here's some "work in progress" photos, of an exterior mockup of the current version. The inside circuitry is virtually identical to the two original prototypes. The cabinet is the new bit, composed of panels that are all CNC machined, allowing us to develop a full line of components based on this "old school/tubes out the back" style of packaging. The line will hopefully include a phono preamp and a line stage by the end of 2008.
These 5 babies are all sold, but obviously we're more than happy to take a deposit to reserve one for you from the next production run, which ought to be coming together in January.
