Title: Reel Tronix limited edition take up reels

I was just sent a photo of the prototype for a new limited edition take up reel. The reel is designed by Patrick Sinegal, and his company is called Reel Tronix. Patrick is planning to offer limited production runs of a few different designs. Each CNC machined, custom anodized reel will come in a custom box with a certificate of authenticity. Pricing is yet to be determined. Patrick is currently working on a website - you will know more as I know more...

That's a tad pricey.
BTW, we use our real names here. You can place your name in your signature in your user profile so you don't have to keep on typing it every time you make a post

BTW, did the item at $900 come with a small R2R machine to go with the custom take up reel?  ;-)

When the post was first made, there was no name in the signature so all we knew was "rr".

Perhaps there needs to be a separate thread about cool reels we like...
