Title: Studer A80 or A80RC

Considering only the tape transport performance and ignoring the audio electronics, is there any significant difference between the 1/4" A80 and the A80RC?

I guess you ask about A80R and A80RC, which are similar (the A80VU is different). Transport-wise, quite similar. However, the A80RC MK2 is the one I would go for.
