I will be ordering an Eros tape head preamp kit in the near future, and it occured to me that the Eros would also be a much better phono stage than the Lehmann Black Cube I am currently using. Can the Eros be customized to also have RIAA eq alongside of the NAB and IEC tape eq's?

It would be a bit more challenging to squeeze all three filters in the box. We have done one factory built custom unit with NAB and RIAA only and a single set of inputs that requires plugging in each source one at a time. We decided to sell a phono version of the kit for LP listeners and a tape version of the kit that would have the flexibility of two EQs, rather than one more expensive preamp with all of these features that might only be used for one or the other format. Customizing to three eq's and adding switching and inputs for the two different sources would be up to the builder.

Thanks Dan. I will see whether I want to attempt this when I get the kit.
