Sorry to disturb the nest here. An update to the forum software was necessary, and in the process the old visual theme that we used made the forum unusable. So for a while we will be running with the Simple Machines Forum default theme, while I make a few more updates.

Form follows function.
I for one would enjoy mixing it up a bit.
Are the rest of you RTR Tape Project members in hiatus?
I remember when this forum was rocking; now not so much I think.
Let's get some passion back in the mix.
This isn't Musack we're talking about here.

For a moment, I thought this forum became defunct.

Nope. Not Defunct. No Hiatus. We are all working away diligently for your listening pleasure.
Dan and Paul and Piper are all at the Rocky Mountain Audio Show where there are several rooms playing Tape Project Tapes. There will even be a special preview playing a sampler of some of the new releases.
I was unable to go this year. Big bummer.

Sorry that you couldn't make it to RMAF.
You are missed Michael!
The are a number of rooms rolling TP tapes (more than I was anticipating).
I had a chance to hear more of Series 3 today.
Doc and Eileen were playing them in the CanJam room on Doc's Nagra though headphones and several new Bottlehead headphone amps.
Piper was also running 1/2" on the MTR-20 in the VTL room via TAD speakers.
Both sounded fantastic and it's always a treat for me to see the gang (although I failed to see Paul today).
I'll try and list the room rolling tape tomorrow.
Unfortunately, my "aftershow" activities have left me in in serious need of sleep.
Nighty-night my bothers (and sisters).

So you guys are having fun without me! I really wanted to go but #4 is within days and my wife would never forgive me not being here the day he (she?) is born.
But I'm having my own audio show here. Yesterday I fired my PM2 up. Having been all analog for many years this is a fun project.

Sorry you couldn't have made it my friend.
I tried to reply to this post before going to dinner but the **** internet connection in my hotels was so slow (too much traffic I'd guess) that it kept timing out.
I did think of you as I downed a shot of tequila that night.
A little while later it was more like, "Xavier who?".
