Have a valve/Tube MKIII and MK2 machines to service
What should Freq Resp be of the effected signal be?
What should the bias levels be

Q. What should the bias levels be A. enough to get the best signal to noise ratio

Hi valvusmusicus, (btw, we use our real names here, please check the forum rules)
I haven't fooled around with a Watkins in a long time but IIRC (and that's a big IF), there wasn't a whole lot going on down low. Maybe there's a high pass or shelf filter to keep the sound from getting boomy and/or muddy. It may depend on the delay too. Seems like the top end rolled off too but not as much as the lows.
