I just got in from a too brief vacation at the beach. I've already touched base with Romo and he tells me that the next batch going out will be about 32 copies of TP-008. There will be a catch up run of some more lower numbered albums shipping out after that, as we complete another run of cover art.

Thanks for all your efforts. The tape I got today means I've gone from one tape to 5 since the first of the year, with one more UPS says I'll see on Friday. So my Otari is seeing a lot more use!
I also got my alignment tape in today's shipment. I should have expected that, since I finished recapping and aligning the Otari yesterday! I suspect it'll be the weekend before I haul it down from the 2nd floor to the basement again, where my test bench is.

My Otari is seeing more use playing ebay 3,3/4" specials lately.I have to set the machine back soon to play the fast stuff. As for my tapes expected the shipping notice, just said 'now left the USA' so I was not sure when my tape(s) would come.
Today was the day.
My only complaint with The Number White is just that the length of cuts are not listed on the album insert.
Other than rewind before use, is there any got-ya's before playing
a TP tape on a Otari?
I am feeling daring, just playing a TP tape with the standard alignment.
The heads up doc is good not for 'when the tapes are coming' but rather
are there any major delays, in shipping, which I find more useful and the pace
of shipments going out.

today，I received 3 reel tape。but one reel tape is wrong。
last time I received TP 002，but today I received TP002 too。
so I have been two TP002。haha。

With two 002s you can enroll in a ballet class, especially if you have the legs for it.

Howdy all,
Just a quick update and back to work for me...
There are 52 sets that went out yesterday. I have another 28 ready to go out perhaps today...
If you don't get an email notification before tapes arrive, please make sure we have your correct email address.
Just some quick math...this represents almost 300 hours of work. FWIW
We are working very hard to get everyone caught up before we start duplicating runs of TP-009 and TP-010. All apologies in advance to anyone who signs up after we start these tapes for the delay in getting back to the first eight. This is by no means a discouragement for starting a subscription. I just want to be clear with what it will take to get back to them. We have done a large part of the prep work for the next two tapes so it will be much quicker getting them out as well as getting back to "catch up" tapes.
Also, Most of you should have an alignment tape by now. If not, it will be included in you next shipment. Just a reminder; we are making those especially for you as a thank you for being a part of the first year. They will be available for purchase in the future. I believe in another post/topic there was a discussion as to the problems we encountered with the reels for the test tone tapes so I wont go into that here.

Hey Michael! Thanks for the update. I really think these things are a real plus for you guys and the subscribers. They really help new members to understand what you guys are up against and it keeps us from staring longingly as the UPS truck drives past our homes.

Thanks for all your hard work, Romo. With the two tapes UPS says I'll get next week, since the first of the year I'll have gone from 1 tape to all 8 that have been released, plus the alignment tape.
Now go get some sleep!

Hello Doc/Romo
Kung Hei Fat Choy, wishes all the best to everyone for the Year of the Bull.
Mr. Postman just delivered another big box to me yesterday, I was so excited and thought it is TP008, but what a disappointment, it is TP003 plus the alignment tape which I have already been received early 2008. Please let me know how/where I can return it and other subscribers might have been waiting for. Please advise.
