Bill Evans Quintessence

I just got the Acoustech 45rpm vinyl reissue of this and it's great.  Harold Land-tenor sax, Kenny Burrell guitar, Ray Brown bass, and Philly Joe Jones drums. Fantastic music, the sound is 10+, the acoustic is really palpable. Fantasy #F-9529. It's nice to get a great sounding jazz reissue that isn't just another war-horse that's been done to death. This would make a killer tape!

My Friend,
Have you experienced the extradinary music produced and conducted by Ms. Maria Schneider and her orchestra? This lady is amazing and her orchestra is simply superb.

Bill Evans died much too young. He was one of my most beautiful piano players and his trios were super bad.
