The New? The Old? The Timeless?
« on: June 20, 2007, 05:56:05 PM »
Hello all!

While I am not yet a "Subscribed Member" I am looking to see if the last four titles to be offered will push me over the edge and force me to plunk down my 2K.

And so I feel a little bit like a child telling the parent what to do, when making music suggestions. I have at least purchased my first R2R... The accompanying seduction is soon to follow.

If any one of these three artists would be offered, it would be worth the admission fee.

The New...  ' The Mars Volta '   Soon to be classic.

The Old... ' Andreas Vollenweider '   Has always been classic.

The Timeless... ' Peter Gabriel - Passion '  How can you classify the entire world?

Just my 2 cents (or my 2K), and thanks for all your hard work, Dad :)

-Erick

Nice buy Erick!  It sure is nice to see one go for a more normal price.
Gotta love Pete! Ever seen write-ups on his home studio. Talk about a nice place to work. (I think that tapeOp magazine had a nice piece on it)

Yes Peter is an all-around righteous dude! And his music is alright too. :)

What a dream to have access to that setup. I wonder if he would take pity on us poor souls just wishing for a few minutes of his master tapes? All we can do is ask I guess. He really is #1 on my list.
