Once again, the Ampex list comes up with a gem!
This tutorial was found on the DW-World (Deutsche Welle) and perhaps, was an internal resource for the German broadcasting service.
Needless to say, I wish I'd had this when I wrote the "Beginners Guide" and will add this the the "Links" sticky. Some great stuff!
