Jay, I attempted to respond yesterday when I got your message but apparently I failed. Send the box back and we'll replace it, it's not a problem. We will be shipping more TP010s as soon as some back ordered foil spine labels arrive, any day now. The PM setup on this forum is rather balky -I get an email notification of the PM, but I can't reply by email and have to get on the web and log in here. It is always best to email me directly for an issue like this, because I will see it sooner and can respond with greater confidence that the reply will get through by email.
