Hey Peter, welcome to the forum.

I think if you follow the link to Victor's site, you'll see that it's based in Kuwait City.
You may have better luck finding a 'real' Otari drive belt by contacting either of the sources found in these two threads;

I guess I'm just guessing that San Jose Ca or Chicago Ill are closer to you than Kuwait, but I just love to assume.

I need to either get fixed, or replace the reel motors on my MX5050 Mk. I.

Otherwise, the deck seems good.
