Teac A-4010sl power supply
« on: April 10, 2013, 10:28:06 AM »
Hello, I'm new to the forum and 1st time reel to reel owner. I inherited a project started and left hangin'. there are 3 wires hanging from #2,#6 and#8 points on the power supply board ,and a twisted pair of blk/white wires leading toward the transformer. just below the board are 2 elec caps 1- 100uf @160v and 1-1000uf @35v . Which wires go to each of theses caps. Thanks....Rob

Sorted the wiring. Need to replace nte116 silicone diode, Going to use 1n4007. As far as the bridge rectifier, they call it a silicone stack sib 02 - b-01, I'm guessing to use 600v 2a bridge rect
